  • Guests can take advantage of a 25% discount when parking at Care Park Oxford Street (West).. Bring your parking ticket to Guest Services for validation. This discount applies to hotel stays, dining guests, and event attendees but is not valid for pre-booked parking or during special events at Hyde Park.

  • Check-in begins at 3pm. If you need an earlier check-in, let us know when booking. Please note that additional fees may apply. Alternatively, you’re welcome to leave your luggage with reception while you go and explore the city! Do ask our dedicated Concierge team for their local tips & recommendations.

  • Check-out is by 11am. Late check-out can be arranged for an extra fee; simply mention it at booking or speak to reception during your stay.
