From the moment they step inside their room, your little one will discover a magical tipi tent play area all set up and ready to explore, perfect for imaginative journeys, secret hideouts, and cosy story time. And because no adventure is complete without a loyal companion, each booking includes one Archy Bear cuddly toy to take home, a soft new friend to remember your stay by. The VIK room package includes one in-room tipi tent play area for the duration of the booking plus x1 Archy Bear soft toy to take home. Additional Archy Bear soft toys can be added to the VIK room package for an additional fee of £20 per bear, please enquire at check-in.

Archy Bear soft toys are available without the room package for £40 each. Please enquire at Reception or Concierge.

• Offer applies only to new bookings for hotel stays from 01.04.2026 onwards.
• Bookings must be made at least 7 days prior to arrival.
• Full payment is required at the time of booking. Bookings are non-refundable and non-amendable.
• The offer is valid for new reservations only and is subject to availability and applicable blackout dates.
• The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, or package. 
• The offer may be amended, withdrawn, or terminated at any time without prior notice. 
• Offer is non-commissionable.
• Standard hotel terms and conditions apply in addition to these offer terms.
• The lead guest must be at least 18 years old to make a booking. 
• We accept no responsibility for bookings not successfully completed due to technical faults of any kind.
